Romantic Texas Wedding Venue, Comfortable for Corporate Retreats, & Private Groups

Located in the heart of the beautiful Texas Hill Country, Vista Camps is nestled among rolling hills and the crystal-clear, spring-fed Guadalupe River. Our facility will host your group of 25 to 300 people where you will have exclusive use of the property. All buildings are permanent, natural rock construction, with winterized accommodations for 150 people and warmer climate accommodations for up to 300 people.

Our cabins are dormitory-style, housing from 8 to 24 people, with several smaller accommodations also available. The dining hall, located in the center of camp, is able to comfortably seat 220 people at one time.

Delicious meals are served family-style or buffet. You may select from a variety of menus or we will be happy to plan menus with you to best serve your group’s needs.

Camp Office

In the summer around 3:00, that field will be full of Rio Vista campers charging the snack area after rest period.

Getting here is easy. Vista Camps is located just 7 miles west of Kerrville, with its own private municipal airport, and 70 miles northwest of San Antonio and the San Antonio International Airport. We are located 2 hours west of Austin and Austin Bergstrom International Airport.
